At The Godzilla Snug™, we work hard to ensure every customer receives their order as quickly as possible. All orders enter the fulfillment process automatically after being placed and are prepared for shipment to guarantee the best customer experience. Because of this automated system, we’re unable to cancel or modify orders once the fulfillment process has begun.
Cancel Order

Once an order enters the fulfillment process, cancellations will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

Only messages sent through our official contact form on our website will be considered for cancellation requests.
Messages sent to other emails or platforms may be filtered as spam and may not be reviewed.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Once a product has been opened, worn, tested, or used in any way, it is NOT eligible for return or refund.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item (after approval) and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
To be eligible:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved or denied.
If approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
